GREEN×EXPO 2027Bloom of Future The Blooming Field of Planetary Citizens

Not ‘on the Earth,’ but ‘with the Earth.’

Rather than positioning humanity “over” the Earth, this expresses a perspective of standing “with” the planet on equal terms, seeking new ways to shape our relationship for the future.
At GREEN × EXPO 2027, this idea unfolds through flowers and greenery, offering abundant opportunities for inspiration and discovery. The phrase “Let’s Go Bloom” embodies this sentiment and invites everyone to be part of that journey.

This Expo is designed not only to evoke the sense of a world exposition or the vision of future urban living, but also to offer an authentic and immersive experience of horticultural culture at its core, along with a profound connection to the Earth itself.Through these experiences, the brand message expresses a desire for visitors to discover ways of engaging with the planet side by side — not in dominance, but in harmony.

Every visitor becomes a participant.

There are many ways to experience and interpret this Expo. Each visitor is invited to bring their own sense of anticipation, discover what resonates with them, and take away value in their own unique way.
What flourishes across the venue is not only flowers and greenery, but also the opportunity for every visitor to “bloom” in their own way, guided by their individual perspectives and values.

The phrase “Let’s Go Bloom” is also designed as a play on words, echoing the idea of “moving forward into the future.” In English, this concept is expressed as “Bloom of the Future.”

Inspired by the traditional Japanese calendar of the twenty-four solar terms and seventy-two micro-seasons, this exhibition presents human activity as a landscape, delicately reflecting the changing seasons.

ThemeScenery of the Future for Happiness

Flowers, greenery, agriculture and food sustain our lives and our livelihoods, whilst bringing joy and smiles to people across generations and cultures.

We, as human beings, are sustained by nature, including plant life, and live within the flow and cycle of life.

At a time when the world is undergoing a transition from a society centred on economic affluence and relative satisfaction to one of qualitative maturity, this Exposition, to be held in 2027, aims to reaffirm the diverse value of plants as natural capital. It seeks to utilise this value in shaping a sustainable future and a society in which no one is left behind, whilst visualising coexistence coexistence with nature and a sense of well-being as the landscape of a new tomorrow.
